DENTAL FRONT DESK PATIENT / TREATMENT PLAN COORDINATOR NEEDED
Wernick Family Dentistry is a state-of-the-art dental practice established in 1986 located in the Sandbridge/ Red Mill/ Oceana area of Virginia Beach. We have a great working environment and extremely efficient practice. We are seeking a full-time Patient Coordinator or Treatment Plan Coordinator to help with our efficiency.
We use new modern equipment and continually provide training to improve our skills and give patients the best experience possible. We treat patients of all ages from kids through senior citizens and have multiple generational families. We have ONE practice, so it is not necessary to travel to different locations. We begin our day with a staff meeting at 7:30 AM and treat patients from 8-5 (Monday, Tues, Thurs and Friday). A few times a year we do work Wednesday in exchange for an extended weekend break.
We do not require a degree or previous experience for this position; but computer efficiency is necessary. We are searching for an individual who is punctual, detail- oriented, trainable, eager to learn with great team work and communication skills. There will be periods where multi-tasking and patient anticipation is required.
